Creating just a single tire requires more than 100 different kinds of raw materials, with rubber being its most basic. All these numerous materials undergo a battery of basic research initiatives and component testing to ultimately produce safe tires.

Physical properties

Compounds created from intensive core research as well as rubber are tested to understand their physical properties and characteristics. A wide range of developments and tests are performed to maximize the performance of compounds which constitute the main material of tires, and a variety of additives are analyzed for their chemical structure.

Finished tire products, resulting from our relentless research pursuits, are tested meticulously. The data generated as such is used to conduct a variety of additional tests.
