Since 2012, Hankook has been the Official Partner of the UEFA Europa League, marking a milestone in our marketing strategy. This partnership represents the shared values of sportiness, dynamism, and emotionality. Over the years, it has helped us strengthen our brand visibility in Europe, one of our key markets.

In 2021, the UEFA Europa Conference League was introduced, adding more excitement and expanding our reach to new audiences. With 36 teams participating in each competition and 24 progressing to the knockout rounds, the combined tournaments now feature 19 matchweeks and over 342 matches, offering an extensive platform for fan engagement.

A Growing Global Audience and Brand Reach
Every season, at least 32 different markets compete across these tournaments, a diversity that strengthens Hankook's presence across Europe. The cumulative audience has seen remarkable growth, increasing from 765 million viewers during the 2018-2021 cycle to 832 million between 2021-2024, with further growth projected. This exposure ensures that Hankook benefits from comprehensive brand visibility, including perimeter board advertising and strategic placements during interviews and press conferences.

Supporting Young Fans Through Referee Mascots and the UEFA Foundation
Hankook proudly supports the referee mascots program, giving either 1 or 3 children per match the once-in-a-lifetime chance to walk onto the pitch alongside the referees. In partnership with the UEFA Foundation for Children, we also help support charities that aid disadvantaged or disabled children, ensuring they have access to sports and enriching opportunities.

Hankook Ticket Arena: Bringing Fans Closer to the Action
We believe football is for the fans. Through our Ticket Arena competition, we offer supporters the chance to win tickets to the match of their choice, bringing fans closer to the heart of European football.
